NREHOA Committee Information

To help fulfill the goals of our Homeowners' Association, four committees exist, each with a specific purpose.                                                        

The NREHOA is designed to represent YOUR interests: your participation ensures the success of the entire neighborhood. If you have any interest in or opinions about the following committees, please contact the chair of the committee to share your ideas, and find out when the next committee meeting will be held.

  • Communicating issues of importance (newsletters, flyers, web site)

  • Facilitation (creating contact trees, identifying block captains, creating neighborhood directory)

Streets & Grounds
Beautification / Improvement
  • Maintenance of common areas (mowing, trimming, etc.)

  • Investigate improvements (streetlights, signs, gates, etc.)

  • Arbitrate issues with restrictions (additions, outbuildings, fences, etc.)

 

 

Civic Action
Government Representation
  • Represent community in local government (attend city council meetings, inform officials of Homeowners Association views)

  • Stay informed of local issues (read local paper, compile Homeowners Association concerns and issues)

  • Investigate legal issues (e.g., adding traffic light at intersection of Coach Station and 421)

 

 

Finance
Fiscal Operations and Responsibility
  • Inform of and collect from members the Association’s annual dues.

  • Monitor and authorize any Homeowners Association expenditures.

  • Set up and maintain bank account.

  • Obtain and maintain PO Box.
