The NREHOA Board of Directors shall consist of not less than three (3) and not more than nine (9) members.
Board of Directors are elected to serve for a term of two (2) years and may be elected to serve any number of consecutive terms.
Elections are held each year at the Annual NREHOA Membership Meetings in March.
The table below outlines the established NREHOA Elected Officer Positions and the responsibilities of each office.

Office |
Duties |
| President |
The President shall be the principal executive officer of the Association
and shall, in general, supervise and control all of the business and affairs
of the Association. The President shall preside at all meeting of the Board
of Directors, and shall, in general, perform all duties incident to the
office of President and such other duties as may be prescribed by the
Board of Directors from time to time. |

Vice-President |
The Vice-President shall posses the power and may perform the duties of the President in his absence or disability. The Vice-President shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him by the President or by the Board of Directors. |

Secretary |
The Secretary shall
keep the minutes of the meetings of the members and of the Board of
Directors in one or more books provided for that purpose; see that all
notices are duly given in |

Treasurer |
The Treasurer shall
have charge and custody of and be responsible for all funds and securities
of the Association; receive and give receipts for monies due and payable
to the Association |
