reviewed tax Status. Mike talked to lawyer, and is awaiting
Talked about setting the date for the full meeting; it will be March 10. Motion made by Mike Hayes seconded by Larry Mitchum.
Tenative Agenda for full meeting. Full schedule done 2/24.
If we send out proxy forms, and it is not returned, then it gives the board the right to vote. Motioned by Lawerence King, and seconded by Bill Robinson.
Discussed dropping the amount of the dues, but will discuss.
Mike was going to meet with the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Motion made by Mike Hayes, Seconded by Lawerence King. All approved.
We have verbal approval from J.D. Phillips to place a sign in his field.
Paul Nowell from the Woodford County Planning and Zoning Committee came out to view the site with Mike Hayes. The sign has to be withing a 25’ x25’ sight triangle so that it doesn’t block line of sight for the intersection. We will have to raise it up high so that it is visible from 421 in either direction.
The sign is being built. It is being painted, and it will be ready soon.

Lawerence will give Bud the 1099 information, and he will send it to his sister to get the 1099 forms to
Molly and Sue have been very busy, and so have missed the past few meetings. The next meeting is February 3rd.

Molly was going to check to see whether we need to pay Federal taxes for the HOA.
We need to fill out an 941, 1120-H, and form 940. There were supposed to have been filed by February 2002. We need to look into having a professional
Molly motions that we hire a professional accounting service do our taxes for us for this year. Lawerence will find someone to do this.
Lawerence passed out the bank register. We have $8684.86 in the bank. There are only 7 people who owe for this half of this year $40 + 10). Rankins will send their funds, Osbourn, Raglin, Staff, Campbell, Sloan, and Miller have been sent reminder letters
Insurance Company stated that they were required to provide terrorist insurance.
We discussed reducing the dues.
Mike will email Emma Tibbs to find out how much other HOAs keep.
Lawerence will check with the Insurance co to find out how much $ they are going to raise their rates.
