Restrictions are created when a neighborhood is developed to maintain property value.  The document literally restricts the subsequent owners of the property to certain codes for building and co-existing.  For example, restrictions would state that none of the houses in a neighborhood could be taller than three stories; or that livestock could not be kept in the back yard of a particular subdivision. 

The restrictions for the Northridge Estates subdivision are listed below.  Unit 2 comprises Coach Station.  Units 2 A through C comprise the remainder of the subdivision.
